Due to the perishable nature of our products, and covid 19 concerns returns and refunds cannot be processed once an order is being processed in the warehouse or already shipped.

ATTENTION: Most of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Preparations may include the use of products. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an order.
- We kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice for all order cancellations. Due to COVID-19 for your convenience, orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after the product is delivered. Leave an email if no one answers the phone.
